Shipping times begin once the order has been dispatched and do not include customs clearance or potential processing delays.

Customized and made-to-order items require additional handling time, as each piece is carefully crafted. In rare and exceptional cases, delivery may take 16–20 business days due to unforeseen circumstances.
During high-volume periods, slight delays may occur. If your order is significantly delayed, you will be notified promptly by email or phone.

Once your order is shipped, you can track it by visiting the “Track Order” page on our website, which redirects to ParcelsApp, or by entering your tracking number directly on their platform.

Please note that Gold Coast is not affiliated with ParcelsApp, but many customers find it reliable for tracking shipments.
Tracking your order is always free—never pay to track your package, and avoid clicking on ads or pop-ups. Gold Coast does not profit from order tracking services.

⚠️ Address & Delivery Responsibility

Gold Coast is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Orders rejected by the recipient

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the local logistics carrier.
